Nestled just behind the dunes in the charming seaside village of Camber, The Tides offers two spacious, side-by-side beach cottages. They can be booked individually or together, offering flexibility whether you're planning a peaceful retreat, a group holiday, or a special occasion by the sea. Perfect for extended families, groups of friends, or multiple households holidaying together.

The cottages can each accommodate large groups comfortably and are fully equipped with modern kitchens, cosy lounges, gardens with outdoor seating, BBQs, and private parking. Expect thoughtful extras like travel cots, high chairs, beach gear, games, books, and fast Wi-Fi throughout.

The Tides I sleeps up to 9 guests

The Tides, Through Their Eyes

    This was ideal for a three generation family gathering, we couldn’t really have asked for anything more. Ample equipment in the kitchen, plenty of space to sit and relax and we really appreciated the garden after time on the beach. The setting was perfect, just a minute or two from the beach.

    The photos do not do the house justice, it was beautifully presented, lovely private garden, literally a minute walk to one of the most stunning beaches I have ever seen! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are super comfortable, everything was spotless. The nautical theme runs through the whole house and its really pretty. Would 100% stay again Louise - The host - So helpful, so responsive, lovely to talk too, 10 out of 10!

    We spent a lovely weekend at Louise's beautifully decorated cottage. We had plenty of room to sit and have a group meal or play board games and the sandy beach is super close. Lousie was super helpful and accommodating.

    Three generations of our family recently stayed at this beautiful cottage. We all had a great time and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us. Upon arrival it was super easy to access the property and it was spotless and looked like the pictures on the site. Everything we needed was there and the garden is a good size to play family games and have a few drinks in the evening. Communication with the owner Louise before, during and after was perfect, with no questions going unanswered and always responding in such a timely manner.

    We had a lovely 3 generations holiday in the Tides. There was plenty of room for us all. It is an exceptionally well equipped property and the toys, games books , beach towels and wind break etc provided were also very much appreciated. Louise was easily contactable at all times and very proactive . A very friendly host. Having two supermarkets and bus stops within 100m made a stay at the Tides brilliant for supplies and visits to Rye etc.
